This talk goes into differentiating the differences between training for competition AS a weightlifter and utilizing the Olympic lifts and their derivatives to train LIKE a weightlifter. All of the tremendous physical attributes of weightlifters can have a significant positive effect on athletes of virtually all sports with strong correlation to whatever the sport’s requirements.
