2023 NSCA Foundation grant recipient Lily Zandieh is researching vitamin D supplementation and skeletal muscle strength in resistance-trained females. As a first-generation college student, Lily holds degrees in Dietetics and Food Administration and a master's in nutrition from Auburn University. Currently pursuing a PhD in Nutrition at Auburn University, she is passionate about the human body and the significance of nutrition and physical activity for overall health.
